Great skill players don’t just run fast and catch well. They read the field, move with purpose, and stay calm when the game tightens up. Skillz Corps Academy is a six-week program that trains all three: refined technique, sharper pre-snap and post-snap reads, and the mental toughness to perform when the field shrinks. All skill levels welcome.

Technique and footwork
Position-specific drills built around footwork, hand and ball skills, and body control. QBs work throwing motion and weight transfer. Receivers and backs work routes, cuts, and release. Defenders work backpedal, hips, and breaks.

Field and situational awareness
Reading defenses and offenses, escaping pressure, finding space, and making fast decisions when the play breaks down.

Speed, agility, and strength
Conditioning work that supports what happens on the field.

Mental and leadership development
Sports psychology, confidence under pressure, and leadership. Every position on the field has a role to lead, not just the quarterback.

Film and classroom sessions
Fronts, coverages, and game film review, so athletes learn to see the game from both sides of the ball.
